An affiliate of private investment firm Angeles Equity Partners, LLC, recently announced its acquisition of Acieta LLC, a Midwest-based full-service industrial robotics manufacturer and integrator, from Mitsui & Co. As demand increases in response to labor shortages, Seegrid Corp. today announced a partnership with RōBEX, a rising systems integrator, to sell more of its autonomous mobile robots. RōBEX is based out of Perrysburg, Ohio, and will begin offering the Seegrid Palion Lift, the Seegrid Palion Pallet Truck, and the Seegrid Palion Tow Tractor.
